I should let out some thoughts before i continue with the serious work i'm here for.

You see, in the process of selecting this year's modules, i had come across a particular module, "what does it take to lead change?" I despised & dismissed the idea of taking it, because like many leadership modules they paint an addled illusion that you really are the revolutionary the world awaits when in-fact it's really all false hope. No, you cannot effectively & easily effect a change, People, Society etc are always major hinderances.
I'm no pessimist, but i honestly detest how easy & attractive they make these things look when in reality it's always more than you bargained for. If it was that easy, i bet a lot more people will be on it.


But you see, that was where i got it all wrong. Thinking about it now, I was only nitpicking by dismissing the module on those grounds. This is becsuse, people face hindrances, stumbling blocks & challenges everyday but will only make it look easy. Far from the idea of leading a change, this concept is central to everything else in life. The fact that something is not easy to do is no indication that it cannot be done. People, challenges & the society can be stumbling blocks or stepping stones, we get to choose that. Nothing is really ever smooth sailing, running from the difficult tasks is usually running from the bigger rewards. 
 It's no false hope, People have and will continue to lead successful changes in their lives, in other people's lives, in their local community, and the brave, in the world. The question instead is "Are you prepared to pay the cost to lead the changes we desire?

It is indeed true that it's always impossible till it's done. And the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are usually the ones that do.
Most importantly, i was forgetting Philippians 4:13, we can do all things through Christ, our strength.
